Once final edits are approved and delivered, you receive full commercial ownership of the high-resolution files, free to use across your website, social media, newsletters, print bulletins, and donor presentations, permanently. I keep the standard creator’s right to show snippets in my own portfolio, and I do not use any footage or photos featuring minors for my own promotion unless your organization gives explicit permission.
